I started creating food content because I genuinely love to cook and I wanted to share that love with as many people as possible. Food has always been more than just a meal to me. It is how I connect with people and one of the things that brings me the most joy. Once I realized I could use that passion to help others feel more confident in the kitchen, there was no turning back.

I am a self-taught home cook based in Columbus, Ohio. Before food content took over my life in the best way, I was a successful collegiate athlete and that experience taught me a lot about discipline, consistency and putting in the work even when it is not glamorous. That same mentality carries into everything I do in the kitchen and everything I put out for you. If it is not BANGIN' it does not go up.

Over 200,000 people follow along across social media and some of my videos have racked up millions of views. But none of that matters if the person watching does not actually walk away feeling like they can do this themselves. That is who I am really here for. The everyday home cook. The person who wants to eat well but does not know where to start. The one who feels intimidated by recipes that seem complicated or ingredients they have never heard of. The person who is tired of relying on takeout and wants to learn how to actually feed themselves and the people they love. That is my person and that is who I cook for.

What I do goes beyond just posting recipes. My goal is to teach you the basics of cooking so you can walk into any kitchen with real confidence. I want to break things down in a way that is genuinely easy to understand and actually fun, because cooking should feel good and not stressful. Every single recipe I share is something I made myself, tested myself and would put my name on without a second thought.
